FLAVOR
Because
of our commitment to the individuality of each event, we are able
to custom flavor your cake according to your desire. A sampling
of our popular cake/filling combinations can be found here specialty
cakes. To create your own cake, please choose from the following
fillings and icings listed below.
Cake:
gold, devils food chocolate, marble, carrot chiffon,
tiramisu
Buttercream
Filling: chocolate, raspberry, chocolate raspberry,
strawberry, lemon, mocca, apricot, banana, pineapple and hazelnut
Fresh
Whipped Cream Filling: chocolate,
raspberry, strawberry, lemon, mocca, apricot, hazelnut and passion
fruit
Also
Available: custard, rum custard, bavarian whipped cream,
fresh strawberry or banana with whipped cream or bavarian, white
chocolate, nougat ganache, fudge or poured fudge icing
Icing/Frosting: this can be the same as the filling, or white buttercream or whipped cream. If bavarian whipped cream or fresh fruit is used in the filling we suggest whipped cream icing (plain or with a flavor). Whipped cream icing is not recommended for wedding cakes.
Also
Available: fondant, white chocolate fondant, colored
fondant, marzipan icing, gumpaste roses
For
lemon filling, lemon jel can be used or it can be mixed with either
the buttercream or whipcream. Liquor
such as Amaretto, Grand Marnier, Kirsch and Rum may be added to
enhance flavors.
