Hello there,
I'm one of your happy and frequent visitors. When I found out that your
bakery was celebrating 30th anniversary, I submitted an article about my "Copenhagen experience" to San Mateo County Times. I was very excited when I found out (only by coincidence!) that the article was published on July 17th, 2007. I went to a couple of several local libraries but unfortunately none of them had the hard copy of the newspaper so at least I wanted to send you the link to the article. Thank you so much for the wonderful birthday cakes! They were almost too beautiful to eat. We took many pictures because the decorations in the New Orleans theme were remarkable. just wanted to let you know that the cake I ordered from you a
few weeks ago was perfect!!!!! I've heard nothing, but good things
about your bakery from quite a few people. Every time I have ordered
a cake for a party from other bakeries, I've always had to stop
in and look at books, as far as picking the decoration and style
of the cake. I did not have the time to do this this time. I asked
for something simple and elegant. That is exactly what I got.
The cake was beautiful and everyone commented on how "tasty"

the Owner of the Copenhagen Bakery -
On
Saturday, August 25th I purchased a cake for a Bridal Shower to
be given at my home. Just felt I had to write and tell you how
pleased I was with the cake. Ordered a Lemon Mousse Sheet Cake
and it was absolutely fantastic! The cake was so light and delicate,
the filling just perfect and the decorations were beautifully
done. It's been a long time since I've had such an outstanding
cake. It made quite a hit at the shower and was enjoyed by all.
