ST. HONORE

This cake starts on a base of puff pastry which is then layered with gold cake, raspberry and Italian rum cream. The outside is iced with whipped cream and bordered with éclair puffs which have been filled with Italian rum cream and dipped in chocolate.

CARROT CHIFFON

Filled and iced with our special cream cheese mix. As this mix has pineapple, raisins and walnuts the texture is uneven so for some type of decoration you may wish to have the cream cheese mix for the filling only and have white buttercream for the icing.

SWISS MOCHA

Marble cake soaked with espresso and filled with mocha buttercream, iced with white chocolate and swirls or dark chocolate.

7 layers of gold cake, filled with a thin layer of chocolate ganache between each layer, can be shaped as a triangle (shown) or as a round cake.
